We determine your focus areas by analysing top-line data regarding key markets, channels, and categories, followed by a tailored workshop with our team.
Initially, this will encompass 10 to 15 markets within a specific category.
We evaluate ‘market attractiveness’ through a combination of macroeconomic indicators (such as population, GDP per capita, household income, category imports, and import tariffs) alongside assessments of local market pricing, competitive landscapes, and retail environments, as well as your potential for success in each market.
Build
We evaluate your market opportunity by examining consumers, trade customers, and competitors. Most brands possess a dedicated base of loyal customers; we will guide you on whom to focus your efforts.
